ladies, ladies, ladies!! when i saw these i knew i had to share!! the eelskin pumps by yves saint laurent are a girl's dream; these epitomize love on heels!! i was blown away by the shape and texture, then i saw the heel...i had mixed feelings. the heel is ferocious, i'm wondering how anyone can walk in these!! but i LOVE them!! pair them with pencil skirts, skinny, straight leg or bootcut denim, dresses; pretty much anything...you'll be gorgeous!!  besides you can't go wrong with red it's an eye-catching and automatically sexy hue!!

aren't these lovely?? if you haven't noticed, i like exotic prints!! gwen stefani has been dishing out eye popping love on heels since the inception of the line, and the ramsey peep toe bootie is a great example of how she has a knack for making hot shoes!! transition shoe is what comes to mind when i see these; they can be worn now and in the fall and winter. it's always good to have a shoe that has a different texture...they add a little spice to any bland outfit. these would look great with a wide leg trouser and fitted blouse.

suede for the fall and winter is one of my favorite textures; i don't know what it is about suede but i LOVE it for the cold seasons.  i've always been curious about how black suede will hold up so i guess i'll find out with these boots. the ruffle back knee high boot by marc by marc jacobs is a nice addition for the upcoming season. the pointed toe and cone heel make this sexy and comfy...always a plus for any fashionista. great with skinny denim and a chunky sweater or a crisp collared shirt with a fitted blazer. cute huh?

this design makes these cutout sandals by miu miu sexy!! no other word comes to mind other than SEXY when i look at these.  pair these with some leggings and a nice wrap around cardigan to achieve the perfect mix of comfort meets sexy...don't forget a cami underneath that wrap ladies. having your girls out on display isn't lady like (shaking finger)!!  not a leggings fan? try a straight leg or a skinny jean, this shoe is an attention grabber which means your bottom should draw attention to your foot.

in the midst of the extremely humid climate lies a hidden treasure, ual (united apparel liquidators), is nestled among the busy streets of the french quarter; this gem is a secret to tourists and a crowned jewel to the locals. filled with vintage pieces, gently used designer shoes and clothes and discontinued, sample items or leftover items that couldn't be sold. i was introduced to this shop by a friend while visiting a couple of weeks ago. i was delighted by all the fashion goodies inside but somewhat overwhelmed...i hate sorting through racks of clothing and shelves of shoes but found solace in their jewelry display.  i found it hard to find my size, i'm a 0 or 2 depending upon the designer but quickly became delighted with the steals i found after patiently scavengering through the various turnstyles of clothing. i snatched up a black halo dress , an elijah tank , a pair of kenneth jay lane earrings and a chunky kenneth jay lane ring for the ridiculously low price of $150!! there shoe selection was remarkable too; sergio rossi, brian atwood, jimmy choo and so many more. did i mention the chloe handbags?  if you're ever in new orleans pay them a visit at 518 Chartres, New Orleans LA. until next time...stay up and keep it fresh!! xo

here's your first look at the ad campaign for the cocoon chanel handbag collection featuring lily allen. this was shot by karl lagerfield and i must say i like lily's look. it's quite cocoesque and chic mixed with a bit of urban flair.  my favorite is the quilted handbag, i have a thing for unique textures and that bag is right up my alley!! i can't wait to see these ad's in fashion magazines and on billboards. what do you think?  until next time...stay up and keep it fresh!! xo

here we go...i present to you the tall slouchy boot by givenchy, this boot is the definition of urban, sexy cowgirl!! the ropes are reminiscent of a lasso and the vintage beat up look...mercy! pair them with slightly damaged jeans and a v-neck tee for a not so put together look or partner them up with a form fitting cashmere turtleneck, a nicely tailored pair of trousers and a rustic, vintage cropped leather jacket for a more polished understated funky look. the entire boot doesn't have to be shown with each wear which makes versatility (especially this boot) in any shoe a plus...not all the time but sometimes it works.

does mr. louboutin ever make an ugly shoe? okay, okay some have been a TKO while others have been a straight KO. these platform pumps had me belly up on the mat as soon as i stepped in the ring of the 1st round!! i have a thing for peculiar shoes; this fusion of contrasting suede and metal fit the bill. picture this; a pair of cigarette leg jeans, a flirty, billowy, yet feminine white blouse with pearl buttons tucked in, while a pearl and gold metal belt cinches your waist! chic, haute and urban can be used to describe these love on heels...however, words really don't do them justice.
